Development

We have been involved in various projects as equity partners with seasoned developers comprising the anchor share holders.

Tamarind Meadows:

• Located on Mombasa road just after the weigh bridge.
• The first environmental conscious residential estate .
• The estate on completion will have a minimum of 3 trees per house.
• All houses will be fitted with solar water heating saving more that 50% of the energy per house.

Water will be recycled for use in flushing and landscaping. This will ensure water usage is approximately 40% of a similar type house and also a lush look all year round.
Each phase will have a recreational park fully landscaped with play furniture for kids and benches for adults.  The units have been kept to 12 an acre. It is designed in three phases comprising of 69 homes each making a total of 208 houses. Phase 1 was completed in May, 2010. There are four house types in phase 1.
The villa, townhouse, mansionette and entry level home which has no servants quarters.

Rivonia Heights:

Located in Langata. The turnoff from Langata road is at the carnivore and is next to Phenom park estate. It is composed of 9 townhouses all facing the Nairobi national park. It is a gated community with shared services. They will have green features namely solar water heating, rain water harvesting and LED external lights.
It is under construction. Completion date is end of first quarter, 2011.

Migowa Court:

• Located in Apple cross, off James Gichuru road, Lavington  a cosy cul de sac.
• 3 highly finished contemporary homes compose Migowa court.
• Completed 2009.

Villa Mandhari:

a place of peace. a family oriented resort located in the resort town of Diani, Kwale. It is designed for the discerning holiday maker who wants a peaceful alternative. It is walking distance from the beach. Phase 1 is composed of 12 duplex units each with two bedrooms all ensuite with common swimming pool, gym, barbecue pit.
All the units have ample terraces with flat roofs which will have spas and barbecue areas. Construction is to begin in first quarter of 2011.
